Black Pig Costa Alentejana
Gin da Costa Alentejana is a sensorial experience that reflects the immense blue sea, golden sands, monumental cliffs and breathtaking panoramic views of a coastline full of colour and aromas.
An incredible coastal area whose climate serves as a sanctuary for the botanicals that inspire this coastal gin.
The citrus flavour, full of freshness of the Alentejo lemon, the wild aromatic fragrance of the juniper from the dunes, the delicate floral touch of rosemary, are the essence of this gin.
A symbol of preservation, respect and harmony with the ecosystem, “Pata Negra” is the flag of Alentejo, representing a territory where it has always lived.

Black Pig Montado Alentejano
The Montado Alentejano Gin interprets the rural identity of the Alentejo and of an incomparable ecosystem, the Montado. In the countryside, among cork oaks and holm oaks, in harmony with the nature and traditions of the Alentejo, a dry gin is produced, where the essences of the land predominate.
The fields are home to the “lord of the montado”, the pata negra, a source of inspiration that contributes decisively to the preservation of the Mediterranean ecosystem.
Produced exclusively with organic botanicals, from Cork, Acorn and Carob, harvested and distilled, they are later reintegrated into the ecosystem, thus respecting the balance of nature.
This perfect symbiosis between Nature, Alchemy of aromas and production process, creates an ecological cycle, from harvest to bottle.
To enjoy this gin, a unique experience, is to remember and experience the Alentejo, Heritage of Time.

Hendrick's
Nowadays, you can't start talking about Gin without starting with Hendrick's Gin! It was Hendrick's Gin that revolutionized the way a gin and tonic was served. Launched in 1999, it surprised everyone by being served in a wide glass that, instead of the usual lemon, had a slice of cucumber and rose petals! Rose petals and cucumber, in addition to the traditional juniper, are both used in the production of Hendrick's to achieve its characteristic flavor. In addition to the way it is served, Hendrick's also innovated with the image of its bottle, all black, reminiscent of old medicinal bottles, with a vintage-style label.

Monkey 47
Monkey 47 Gin has a curious name and story: In 1945, when the Second World War ended, Monty Collins, from the British Air Force, was sent to Berlin to help with the recovery from the violent bombings that the city had suffered during the war. To symbolize his devotion to the cause, Collins chose the recovery of the zoo as a priority and adopted a monkey named Max as his mascot. Hence the name of the gin, Monkey. What Collins did not expect was to miss his favorite drink, and as he had difficulty obtaining it, he decided to make his own gin. Impressed by the richness of the botanicals of the Black Forest, where he went to live after Berlin, Collins chose ingredients exclusively from that forest for his gin and selected exactly 47 different ingredients. Hence the name 47. Monkey 47. Monkey 47 is one of the first premium gins with limited edition bottles, each individually numbered. The care taken in making Gin is so great that everything is done by hand, from the collection of ingredients, to the distillation, bottling and even the labeling, everything is done with extreme care to create a unique and exclusive Gin. As it contains 47 botanicals in its composition, Monkey 47 is already a complex Gin that does not need infusion to optimize its flavor - so all you need to do is add a citrus peel at most.

Gin Mare
Gin Mare is produced in a small fishing village on the Costa Dorada in Spain, using plants native to the Mediterranean area. Alongside the traditional ingredients: juniper, bitter orange peel, Seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom and coriander seeds, four other less common ingredients are used, such as Arbequina olives, basil, rosemary and thyme. The four "Mediterranean" plants immediately stand out in the aroma, with rosemary standing out. A lightness is created by the citrus and basil, with a green olive tone. Rosemary stands out on the palate, with a classic juniper nuance. For a perfect Gin and Tonic, Mediterranean ingredients are also used, such as a sprig of rosemary, basil leaf and thyme. A truly different Gin.
